I love homemade granola. I’m always experimenting with different flavors. Today I had some dried organic blueberries, and I thought they would be wonderful with pecans and maple syrup. So here’s my latest granola recipe — blueberry pecan paleo granola.

This is absolutely the easiest barbecue turkey I’ve ever made. It has just two ingredients —turkey thighs and my paleo peach barbecue sauce. I knew I wouldn’t have time to cook dinner, so I just put the turkey thighs in the crockpot and poured the barbecue sauce over them. That’s it. By dinner time the house smelled wonderful and the turkey was moist and tender.
